Sowl restaurant Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and can be used in multiple transactions. Sowl restaurant Gift Vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Sowl restaurant Gift Vouchers expire a certain number of months after issue. Sowl restaurant Gift Vouchers may only be used for purchases at Sowl restaurant and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Online transactions must be made within Australia. Gift vouchers may not be re-sold or bartered for cash. Gift Vouchers may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required. Gift Vouchers transactions are purchased via a secure banking partner (Stripe) and we do not have access to the full credit card number. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Vouchers, you: accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. You or the recipient can redeem the Gift Vouchers only if the Gift Voucher number is mentioned and noted with the reservation information notes otherwise we may not accept it at the time. You may be required to provide the email sent by the online system at the time of redeeming your Gift Voucher as verification and proof of ownership. If you are unable to provide proof of Gift Voucher ownership SOWL Restaurant may elect to not accept the Gift Voucher as payment until you are able to do so.

Note: The voucher is valid for 365 days and can be redeemed at sowl-restaurant. A cash payment is not possible.
